After the exit of Governor Ibrahim Turaki, not much attention was given to sustain the momentum of ICT initiatives, leading to stagnation of the sector. Projects that were once promising for technological advancement were left dormant or underutilized. However, under the leadership of Malam Umar Namadi, a new era of revitalization has dawned upon Jigawa State's ICT landscape. Recognizing the critical role of technology in driving socio-economic progress, the present government has embarked on a strategic mission to revive and rejuvenate the state's ICT and digital transformation agenda.
