GOVERNOR NAMADI INUAGURATED COMMITTEES ON WHITEPAPER

In a significant move towards enhancing governance and addressing critical issues in the state, Governor Namadi, represented by the state Deputy Governor Engr. Aminu Usman Gumel, inaugurated Whitepaper/Implementation Committees today. The committees will focus on pivotal areas within the education and health sectors:

1. **Visitation Panels on Tertiary Educational Institutions:**
   The committee will meticulously examine reports from Visitation Panels on four (4) tertiary educational institutions in the state. Their primary task is to delve into the details of the initial committee's report.

2. **Investigation Panel on Health Training Institute:**
   A specific investigation panel has been appointed to scrutinize the Health Training Institute in the state, ensuring a comprehensive review and analysis.

3. **Review of Drugs Revolving Fund and Healthcare Programs:**
   Another committee is dedicated to the critical review of the Drugs Revolving Fund (DRF) and the Free Maternal Neonatal and Children Healthcare (FMNCH) Program in the health sectors.

**Terms of Reference:**
The committees have been charged with three main responsibilities:
1. Thoroughly review the initial committee's report.
2. Develop specific action points and modalities for each accepted recommendation in the report submitted to the council.
3. Explore progress on any other recommendations deemed crucial by the government.

The Inuagurated members of the three (3) committees are as follows:
